How access works

This portal is for partners whose products Emerald Bear Media campaigns, and for clients we are doing work for.

Getting access

Access is by invitation. Emerald Bear Media grants it against your account; you cannot create an account here yourself. If you have been told you have access but sign-in does not recognise you, your identity has probably not been linked to an account yet — tell your usual contact and we will finish it.

Signing in

Sign-in is handled by the Emerald Bear identity service. This site never sees your password, and it does not keep its own copy of your details. If your organisation uses multi-factor authentication, you will be asked for it there.

What you will see

Only the accounts your access covers, and within them only the sections your relationship includes. A partner and a client see different things, because the work is different.
